YET ANOTHER OBJECT ON THE LIST OF REAL PROPERTY MANAGED BY LANDMARK CAPITAL

Landmark Capital, the investments management and business development company, has, together with its partners, purchased Vakarų Vilniaus projektai UAB managing the trade building on Laisvės pr. 26 in Vilnius built in 2018.

“The real property management is one of the areas of operation of Landmark Capital. We carefully monitor the market and invest where we can ensure an optimal return on investment. The trade building on Laisvės alley is that type of object. Its convenient location and favourable rent conditions determined presence of the Baltics’ largest retail trade network store”, said Marijus Jarockis, the CEO of Landmark Capital.

The building with an area of 2,593 sq m has been rented for a period of ten years to Maxima Grupė UAB.
